"I chose training with the BPM Method because Becca carefully balances her nursing background, science, safety and holistic methods to create a unified understanding of both Breathwork and cold exposure. The wide range of online resources - the blend of emotional regulation tools, the nervous system, Breathwork and cold exposure theory, gave me great confidence prior to even meeting for the in person training. The quality of the online content was second to none, and Becca was always on hand if there were any questions.  

In person, Becca explained everything clearly, with hands on experiences, and guided us through both Breathwork and cold exposure sessions. By the end of the training, I guided Breathwork and cold exposure sessions, to get feedback from everyone on board, and was already really confident in my abilities. This was not just a quick course, it was given in a clear, transformative way and thankfully led me to be the well rounded facilitator I am today. 

The mix of science-based learning, hands-on experiences, and community support is unmatched. I'd definitely recommend training with Becca and The BPM Method. It's not just a certification, it's a deep dive into your own nervous system, your confidence as a facilitator, and your ability to hold space for others!
